Honest people, fair prices and they do great work. I highly recommend!
I paid over 2,000 to have my boat in a heated storage away from cold and rain. I live five minutes down the road and not only sent an email but called them and then went a put a cover on my boat just in case.. thank god I put the cover on when I paid for an indoor unit storage. Then blames me and the weather because I had water in my boat.. never again the first and last time I will ever do business with these people.
Indoor storage included overnight outside while it was raining…. they didn’t email us until 1 pm the next day! I asked about it and they said they have a lot of customers so it’s hard for them to keep up with everything… this is from Amy. I really like Amy as a person. So this is difficult for me to post but when you have 60k boat and pay almost 2k for indoor storage… I expect a bit more care especially from an acquaintance.
Amy and her husband were amazing to deal with. A group of us 5 guys rented skidoo 600’s through them and all of them ran flawlessly without a single issue. Will be renting from them year after year. Highly recommend Nortech!
