We have rented pontoons from Nortech 3 times now. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. The staff is incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience on the water. Booking was easy, and they were super flexible with our schedule. I paid over 2,000 to have my boat in a heated storage away from cold and rain. I live five minutes down the road and not only sent an email but called them and then went a put a cover on my boat just in case.. thank god I put the cover on when I paid for an indoor unit storage. Then blames me and the weather because I had water in my boat.. never again the first and last time I will ever do business with these people.
Indoor storage included overnight outside while it was raining…. they didn’t email us until 1 pm the next day! I asked about it and they said they have a lot of customers so it’s hard for them to keep up with everything… this is from Amy. I really like Amy as a person. So this is difficult for me to post but when you have 60k boat and pay almost 2k for indoor storage… I expect a bit more care especially from an acquaintance.
