I called about a real estate problem and was treated awful. The lady was very rude, told me to watch how i was talking and speak more clearly, wouldnt let me explain why i was calling and what was happening before basically calling me stupid and saying its an issue for my agent, when i couldn't even explain the whole story. This was the most unprofessional person i have EVER spoke to.
