We wanted to inquire about revising some contracts and was transferred to some assistant, not a lawyer, who was extremely rude and abrupt. This left us with the opinion of this firm to be discourteous and sincerely hope others do not experience such phlegmatic behavior. I called about a real estate problem and was treated awful. The lady was very rude, told me to watch how i was talking and speak more clearly, wouldnt let me explain why i was calling and what was happening before basically calling me stupid and saying its an issue for my agent, when i couldn't even explain the whole story. This was the most unprofessional person i have EVER spoke to.
