Front desk lady was extremely rude. After paying over $300 dollars to get a deed switched over into another name they completely messed it up and then charged another $156 and claimed because we didn’t ask for specifics this was on us. We had no clue how this process worked and they took advantage of us. The same day we returned to ask a simple question where the attorney then stated the deal was done and we needed to leave.
