Worst ever experience - very hard to deal with, not familiar with new systems and super old fashion. They missed the cooling off period, they missed settlement date and i had to constantly wake them up. Do not ruin the joy of buying your home by them....
Several years ago I employed Mr. Maait to represent me in a civil litigation case. Mr. Maait was extremely unprofessional, and I believe he became careless and took advantage of myself and my mother who doesn’t speak English as a first language. He interviewed my mother, who only speaks Maltese, without an interpreter and charged an exorbitant amount of money compared to what I, and she, have experienced with other lawyers.
