This was the first time experiencing Norris and my wonderful designer, Dorothy. When I walked in, I had no idea what to expect. Dorothy listened to me as I told her my likes and desires. Not only did she listen she incorporated my taste and my coastal look into my home. She really was amazing and surpassed anything I envisioned!
Dorothy at Norris Furniture was great and was a big help to us. She was very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. Thank u Dorothy and Norris.
I worked with Renata to replace about 80% of the furniture in my house that had come with the house when I bought it. She quickly got a great a understanding of my style, and worked diligently to give me many options for everything from bedroom sets to lamps to buffets to rugs and more. My home now represents me perfectly and I could not be hapoier. I can not recommend Renata highly enough.
Dorothy stepped in when the Norris decorator we were working with was no longer available. She skillfully built on the furnishings and window treatments we had ordered to complete the beautiful home we now have. Dorothy is a delight to work with. She provides a variety of decorating options, incorporating the client's style and budget, and provides feedback on choices from her extensive knowledge and experience that is done in a supportive manner. I look forward to continuing to work with her.
The store will sell you furniture but do not stand by its quality (even when their own expert comes out less than a year after purchase and says the chairs are defective). Disappointed after spending a good amount. Will never recommend or return.
