My experience was more bumpy than smooth. It started out extremely well (naturally) and then throughout the process took a nose dive then smooth for a bit then a complete nose dive. It became harder and harder to engage with Mr. Lampe as the process went on. I finally went ahead and paid out of pocket for EVERYTHING that was on the list that the HOA was supposed to complete per the mediation agreement.
