Don’t waste a phone call on this company before checking BBB complaints. They are reliable only as far as taking your deposit (or full price if you are willing) then hiding and not installing. If you choose to risk doing business with them, pay by card so you have a chance of reversing pmt.
Never answer the phone and don't return calls (at all) after leaving multiple messages.
Placed order. Payed in full never received the product or refund. (21kw keel cooled marine kabota) have tryed multiple times to contact never received any calls no generator. It has been one year since full payment was received by NGS Power. Zero response to papers I have filed with my attorney. Do NOT do business with the Mondelci’s.
