Muy agradable lugar y exelente servicio.
I called to see about submitting a few tax forms and had a few questions and kathy rudly hung up on me no explanation nothing. I call back asked did you just hang up on me she exclaimed yes I did. When questioned why I got she's not doing new taxes.... uhm so how about you explain that? She hung up on me a second time. Will be filing a report with BBB as well.
We have used Normas Tax Service for years. 20+...we are totally satisfied..always have been and forsee we will always be in future....5 star..
