We’ve been going to Norma’s for 10 years. They always took good care of us, calling when they had to add an extension as we turned our taxes in early April. They would call us when the taxes were completed, and tell us how we ended up. My wife and I would go sign the paperwork so we could e-file. Been using them for years since moving overseas. Extremely competent, with a website that lets you upload all your files easily. The best part? If your taxes are complicated, they have a team with various skill levels, unlike some tax services that rely on just one person, leaving you to hope they know everything.

I can't thank Don and Norma enough. From time I called and sat up and appointment to the end of the filling. I was so stressed and Don made it a smooth process . I can't thank them enough

Worked with Barbara this year to get my taxes straightened out. Very helpful and quick. She gave helpful advice, and put my mind at ease for the stresses that can be during tax season, And made the whole process very painless. Will definitely be returning and referring others!
