If you like rye sourdough bread they make the best we've ever tasted from any bakery. We make our own sourdough bread normally but we're travelling at the moment so what a pleasant surprise. Thank you Foodworks Normanton Baker
Good food works to be able to get the essentials while your up the gulf, to top up on things you may need or forgot like us.. There is a range of souveniers, shirts and stuff inside.
Excellent shop
For a remote food store, they offer more than some smaller regional stores closer to the big cities. The bakery produces a wide range of baked products, which would normally have to be trucked in frozen with shorter shelf life. This would have to be a game changer for local and rural communities. The freshly cooked food was fantastic and I noticed they also did catering. The frozen meat section had bulk meat packs large enough to stock up the happy campers for weeks.
