Both our kids have been at the centre since they were around 1 year old and we’ve honestly had such a lovely experience there. The educators and staff are so caring and genuinely love the children, which really shows every day. Sending your little ones to childcare is such a big thing as a parent, but the team made us feel comfortable from the start and the centre has really come to feel like family to us. We’ve had such a wonderful experience with the centre. Our eldest attended previously and now our youngest is happily settled in the Possum room. The educators are warm, caring and genuinely invested in the children. It’s such a comforting feeling knowing your child is loved, supported and excited to go each day. We've had two children attend this centre and have had nothing but positive experiences. Many staff have been at the centre for many years and it shows! Communication is always open and we are able to provide feedback or instructions at anytime and staff are onto it. Our children were always very attached to the educators and clearly felt safe and supported by them (across all three rooms!). My son has been attending since he was one, and our experience has been wonderful. Now that he’s in the Koala rooms, I’m so impressed by the fact that there are two main ECTs per room (Koala and Emu). This level of professional support really shows in the children’s development. The team is incredibly resourceful and creative with the activities they set up, focusing on genuine interaction over 'performing' for social media or photo updates.
