Bed bugs, roaches everywhere. Smells bad. Dirty. Horrible staff. Bad food. Horrible smell (mold like). Bathrooms are unventilated. Unprofessional, toxic, shameful. Not just merely dirty, it is FILTHY. Should be shut down. Also I have witnessed staff verbally/emotionally abuse a patient with dementia like symptoms. The photos posted by the owner are misleading. The way they do laundry is stupid because no one will ever get their clothing back.
Terrible place to send a loved one
Delivered here, the nurse requested a large bottle of tequila and other alcohol to the facility/reporting for safety concerns.
Earlene is awesome to work with as a hospital community liaison. She truly advocates for the appropriate placement of her residents and is always willing to help answer questions from loved ones.
