Terrible place to send a loved one
Delivered here, the nurse requested a large bottle of tequila and other alcohol to the facility/reporting for safety concerns.
Earlene is awesome to work with as a hospital community liaison. She truly advocates for the appropriate placement of her residents and is always willing to help answer questions from loved ones.
I can’t say enough good things about Normandy Care Center. The staff are incredibly compassionate, attentive, and professional.
