Good, better, best! Sue and her team were quick, efficient and professional. I got exactly what I wanted at a great price (priced out against a competitor) and the blinds arrived in record time and got installed even faster! 10/10 recommend.
There is a good variety of quality blinds, drapes and valances at Normandeau, but what we love the most was the customer service. Sue Walters came to our home, made recommendations that we loved, and took all the measurements. And when the time came to put it all together, their installation specialist, Dwayne, came out and did an excellent job of hanging the drapes and blinds we chose. Also he was on time, fast, and he took away all our old stuff. We’re really happy with the way our home looks now. Thanks Normandeau.
Fantastic customer service! The motor in our Powerview blind failed just as the warranty expired. Between the Normandeau Old Banff Coach Rd outlet, where we bought the blinds, who worked with the Normadeau Dalhousie staff, and their installers, they collectively had the blinds repaired and reinstalled.
Excellent service and very good quality products. I had a small issue with the blind I'd purchased, and the matter was dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. I'd definitely recommend!
