Initially I had a great experience with Normans but it was short lived. We engaged them to unpack a few containers container cable drums for us and when the cargo was damaged due to lack of training and negligence (not accident) and admitted they were at fault they wiped their hands of it. The damage cost me close to 20k to replace the drum and salvage the relationship with my client.
