I ordered my dress in march to pick up for june and it wasn’t ready until a week after my prom already happened. And the workers were also so rude.
Had a pleasant experience, Kristina was amazing she helped put me and my mother find the perfect dress. They have alot of selection definitely will be back

I bought a dress worth 450 and some of the gem lining design came off during my first wear, I was very disappointed with that. I had so many issues related to the customer service, they called me so many times and kept delaying the pickup for my dress. And the day I picked it up it wasn't even altered, the altering pins were still on the dress untouched.
