**UPDATE, I SPOKE WITH AN ASSOCIATE AT THE OSHAWA LOCATION WHO WAS BEYOND HELPFUL, SHE WAS ABLE TO CONFIRM THAT THE DRESS HAD BEEN ORDERED. NIGHT AND DAY EXPERIENCE BETWEEN THE 2 LOCATIONS, WISH I HAD OF GONE TO THE OSHAWA LOCATION INSTEAD. I ALSO SPOKE WITH HEAD OFFICE, AN AGENT TOLD ME THAT THE DRESS WAS IN THE TORONTO WAREHOUSE AND THEY WOULD SHIP IT DIRECTLY TO ME THIS WEEK. AND THEN I WAS GHOSTED.
