The worst person I’ve ever dealt with. My van was crushed by a Boston pizza sign. I hired her to deal with Boston pizza and get a settlement. After giving her $1000 retainer and another $2000 retainer Norma proceeded to do absolutely nothing. She stole money from me and I ended up not getting a cent from Boston pizza down a van and $3000 and also had to pay for my meal. Norma is not a good person and I would never recommend her.
Will not return call let alone pick up do not waste your time !!!
Terrible. Brutal. Doesn't return phone calls.
