Atrocious living conditions. Staff are often one missed paycheck or prescription from winding up in there but still lack frightening levels of empathy. I was here due to multiple DV situations but treated like absolute scum. I feel so sorry for those who lack the inner resolve to leave that place. Norma Herr’s name is nothing but a ghost story to the people who run it. They received a huge donation and all they have to show for it is an elevator and a broken security system. Shame on you. The staff members don't care they talk to the residents like they mean nothing the food is DISGUSTING the bathrooms are DISGUSTING IN MY OPINION THE CITY SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE THAT WILL HELP THESE WOMEN TO MOVE FORWARD INSTEAD OF PUTTING THEM DOWN AND TALKING TO THEM LIKE THEY ARE CHILDREN… It's really not fair to these women
