After seeing the same person leave several negative reviews under slight variations of his name, bringing Norm’s ratings down considerably, I thought I’d write about my experience. I recently got a quote for an antique that was damaged in my move across the country and I found Norm to be reasonably priced and also very pleasant.

THIS guy... I needed an emergency fix for my expensive sofa and he said it would be no problem. So he works on 'handshale' deals, no paperwork is made up or anything. He demands the money up front and keeps your items. Since he is a 'handyman' (lol) he replaces parts enough to make it look different. Then he sells them online. I brought my niece with me (5 years old) and he was concerninly interested in her. Wanting to take her into his shed and show her '"wood working stuff". Very VERY nagitive experience. I was scared to get out of my car. He also never gave back my chest of drawers I paid him to fix. He told me on the phone to "take it to court"
