I love coastal walks perfume, and often visit the shop in holt, the lovely lady that works there is always so helpful and friendly, the shop was very busy today, and she was the only assistant there, I was very impressed with her quiet and helpful manner, giving personal attention to each customer, I felt I needed to post a review to thank her for her very special care, I asked her name, and she said Cheryl, so thank you so much, you are a gem
Beautifully curated shop. I bought the Basil and Neroli perfume and reed diffuser and its heavenly! Lifted my bedroom from a room to a luxurious sanctuary. Will be purchasing again. I also bought Blythe Spirit perfume. I hope they expand the fragrance to a reed diffuser too.
My hair has never felt nicer after using their shampoo and their deodorants are amazing and last ages. I would bet all their products are high quality and last
A beautiful shop but completely ruined by an overbearing shop assistant. There were a few items I would have bought after the bizarre sales pitch, but after being told off for "mucking about" with a tester bottle (the pump wasn't working) and handling the cardigan (which I was interested in purchasing) I decided it was time to leave. A real shame
We've not long visited the Southwold store - Fabulous products, a smashing lady serving, very engaging, and well go in again. We did make a purchase...(coastal walks reed defuser) that good we now have it on repeat delivery - Thank you..!
