Please beware and watch yourselves with this company, I am not sure if they did this on purpose or was frauded themselves, but they gave me a load after taking from a fraudent company, Thankfully the orginal broker who the customer belongs to, caugh it before they could load my trailer. Just wanted to put this out here becuase it doesn't seem they have a their own customers.
Poor Service: Load Error and No Response. I booked a load with Vito Salaman at 9:14 AM CST. Upon our driver’s arrival at the pickup location, the shipper informed us that the load had already been shipped the previous day by another carrier, leaving nothing available for our truck. I immediately contacted the broker to address the issue and requested a solution. And from that point on, the broker stopped responding to my emails and ignored our phone calls, leaving us without any communication or support.
We had a good experience with this company.
