I walked up to the register and was asked to wait while the manager cleaned up the counter. I stood there for a few minutes while she complained about her job and how she was leaving on time today. They literally have approx 5 registers and 1 other worker at the cash wrap. No one but me in line. I decided that they must not want my business and I left. SMH
This is such a sad Nordstrom Rack. I know coming from Chicago that I shouldn’t expect the same standards, but it being in MtP you’d think it’d at least have some organization and better customer service. The cashiers look like they hate their job. The whole vibe in there just makes you want to leave before you get to the shoe section.
