I’ve been a member here since it first opened, and it’s a phenomenal facility. The sauna and cold plunge are well maintained, the people are amazing, and it’s an excellent place to recover after training. 10/10 — highly recommend.
My family went and it was an utter disappointment.
Really great spa and friendly staff however, the ice bath I believe gave me a fungus infection in a not so pleasant area…. You gotta make sure you put chemicals in the tank otherwise it’s not safe to use. I will take down this review as soon as you take care of it please for the sake of your customers treat your water with chlorine.
5 stars. Would give more if I could. This place is a gem. Always super clean (both sauna and cold plunge) and the staff and other spa-goers are very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for making this place so special. Hats off to the team.
Stopped by when I was in the area and needed a place to sauna. Not bad if youre comparing to your average public sauna but doesn't score well on an absolute scale. 24/7 access is great. Ice bath was extremely filthy so don't count on that. Snooty desk lady at the attached gym wouldn't give me two towels, was a bit passive-aggressive about it. Sauna was spacious but no ventilation. Edit: Forgot to add, great price at $60/month for 24/7 keycode access
