I ordered a kit for Safe Return mittens and arrived perfectly after a few days. Nice to have them all packed up without trying to look for each individually. Thank you for your kind attention.
In past years this business has been great. However, I placed an order about 3 weeks ago and, though I received an automated confirmation of the order, I never got confirmation of shipment and the goods never arrived. I've emailed customer service a number of times, with no response. I suspect they have gone out of business.
I'm not sure if this business is open. I placed an order 9 days ago via their online shop. I received an automated confirmation that the order was received but have not heard anything since. I left a voice mail at the number listed on their site and also sent an email to them, but never got a response back to either inquiries. If they are still open, their customer service needs work.
