When I started with NES, in 2014, it was much better run. The owners actually showed they cared. I used to say I would retire from there. As time progressed, it became apparent that the owners either stopped caring, or never did, and just did a better job of making it look that way. After almost 8 years, I have finally left a place that is more verbally abusive to their employees than anything.
