The business he is referring to is Norco Auto Tech, which is across Hamner Ave. about a block away from Norco Brakes and Alignment. I just want to be fair. During the time of win.wu1213's review the business was still owned by Randy. Randy and his mechanic Raul were very professionals, honest and very fair in their prices.
