Great staff. Shop is predominantly high end full suspension, but when I came in looking for a hardtail Alex took me through the various available options and explained the nuances of new things like dropper posts (last time I bought a bike was mid-00s so there have been a lot of technical changes since then). Then Jody, the mechanic who set the bike up for me was an absolute delight; I'd have taken the bike there and then but he spent the extra time to get the sag and the compression spot on, didn't try to sell me things I d... read more

Neil at Norco North Vancouver is awesome - he helped me troubleshoot a brake issue and didn’t ask for anything for the inspection.
Helpful staff (in-store) and solid bikes - but y’all need to hire someone to answer your phones. Called 7 times on 3 days about a service booking to be rescheduled - nobody ever picked up the phone and you don’t seem to have functional voicemail. Your service staff now have to waste a couple hours of their day waiting for a bike that isn’t coming.
