Went down to check flat tires and the service clerk kindly and promptly checked the tires and got the airs in with instructions to take home with, all free of charge! Top notch customer service! Thank you so much!
Amazing service! Ran into the manager when my son broke his brake line on his new bike and they fixed it right then and there. Super helpful and great guys working in the repair dept.

Wow, amazing customer service still exists! I brought two bikes to NORCO today for the first time. Not only did I receive an honest assessment of my bikes, but I was given tips and tools to better care for my bikes. The store is well kept and has everything I could need and want and I not only plan on buying my next bike and other equipment here, but I’ll have them serviced here for life. Great job at being great at what you do and treating customers fairly. Thank you!!
My go to bike shop on the North Shore, especially for servicing. I'm very novice when it comes to fixing my own bike, but they've always done a great job explaining the issues and able to fix it in a decent turn around. 10/10.
