Huge shoutout to Jason "Griz" and Alex for the incredible experience last Saturday! They went above and beyond to get my son dialed in on his new Norco Sight, making him feel like a Pro rider. Also, massive kudos to the service crew too for always being patient with my 'bike dad' questions. In a world where great service is getting harder to find, these guys absolutely nailed it. Like my son said: "This is our bike shop!" 🤘
We bought a bike at Norco north Vancouver on February 28,2026 we replace the seat and the grip and because we are excited we forgot the seat and the grip that they removed in our new bikes and we called them the next day that we gonna pick it up on Tuesday but we came instead today march 5 they cant find the parts that they removed from our new bikes we spoke to the lady the next day March 1 we arrived today and they cant even find the parts that they removed supposed to be they have to give it to us upon replacing our parts... read more
