Told to collect/find my own items (heavy items) One of the items I needed was on a pallet still wrapped in plastic and right up the top. Meanwhile the employee was just standing there on her phone because " she can't leave the counter" So whoever the female employee is that's tall and wears a hat, and just stands around on her phone, maybe learn some better customer service.
