I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Norcal Patio Furniture & BBQ has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to share. I ordered a BBQ Island back in May, and I’m still waiting for it in September. The customer service has been nothing short of abysmal. Every time I call to check on my order, the person answering the phone seems to have a memory like a sieve. I wanted to get a new built-in BBQ and wanted to go to a store that had many on display. Norcal has quite a number on display including some built into patio islands. I walked in wanting one brand and, with help from Tom, managed to figure out that there were better choices. I took some measurements of how a different BBQ would fit into my enclosure and went home. Lousy, lousy, lousy. I agree with the other reviews, these guys are lazy, rude, and at the end of the day, completely unreliable. As one of the other reviewers said, don't give these guys your business, they don't deserve it.

Nice store with quite a few options. Some things are reasonable some are just crazy. Plenty of help who know the products.
