Extremely friendly and professional. They care about your medical problems and constantly keep up to date with what is going on in order to help out. They not only prescribe 215 cards (medical cannabis) but they also offer acupuncture, massage, and other forms of alternative therapies. I did not feel like just another number or walking wallet..
