I absolutely love Norbu and have been a loyal client for over 10 years. The new space in Cremorne is lovely, welcoming and unique which I really appreciate. The owner Di is very generous with her time and services and the passes are really well priced. She always goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience and get value for money. I recently visited this spa with my boyfriend, and we had the most amazing experience! We opted for the doubles package, which was perfect for a relaxing, shared experience. The ambiance is so calming, with beautiful interiors and a soothing atmosphere. They offered us bubbles that were such a nice touch! We both enjoyed incredible massages—everything from the pressure to the technique was spot on. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in style!

I’m not one to normally post but my experience trying to book a massage was laughable and this honestly seems like a last resort. I initially booked a massage last December through class pass and turned up to find out that it had been double booked. 5 stars for Jade, one of the masseuse. I also appreciate the space that Di has created. Deducted a star because of some organisational issues. For example, although the opening hours are listed in a certain way, it was impossible to get a hold of the place over the phone multiple times, with no one picking up. This makes things like rescheduling and cancellations within 24hrs extremely difficult.

I’ve had a lot of massages in my life, but my recent massage at Norbu was the best I’ve ever had! Belle was focused on working through the areas on my neck and back that were causing me the most grief. I could tell the service was really personalised and targeted to give me relief, which it honestly has. It was the first time I felt like a masseuse cared as much about my recovery and wellbeing as it was for me to enjoy a relaxing experience. My neck hasn’t felt this relieved in years.
