We moved our mother into Norbella Prior Lake with high hopes, but unfortunately the experience fell short of expectations. The lease signing process took several attempts due to issues on Norbella’s end. Her room wasn’t ready on move in day, and we immediately noticed ants on the floor. Norbella Prior Lake is a beautiful community. Upon entering, you are welcomed with a feeling of home- filled with happy employees, residents and a top level of cleanliness. The residents are smiling, staff are laughing, and it feels just like home. I can't wait for my next visit!
Aides are overworked and unappreciated.
My mother-in-law moved into Norbella Prior Lake a few years ago - one of the first residents. We had been looking around and seemed that many of the facilities were too big for our taste. Norbella was newly built and provided the environment we were looking for - a smaller, one- level, cozier place. It has worked out very well for us. The location is great, the food has been very good, and of course the care has been exceptional. I would recommend Norbella for your loved one!
I am a guardian/conservator and have moved a couple my clients here due to ease of access , effective communication and compassionate care. When looking to move a loved one , I highly recommend NorBella. Thank you Abby and staff
