STAY CLEAR OF THIS CLINIC AT ALL!!!!! Couldn't be bothered actually reading blood results properly and my father died from their lack of care. Dr Michael Hawkins and Dr Lu.
I have always found receptionist and doctors very helpful over many years.
Mum has been going here for years. The wait times go for 1+ hours sometimes 2 hours. Absolutely unacceptable to be waiting this long after making a appointment. The doctor she sees is also rude to her, he made her book an appointment just to hand her a prescription he forgot to give her last appointment, wasting so much time. The receptionist are rude, very blunt and unhelpful. English is mums second language and all she can do is shrug it off because she doesn't know how to deal with such rude professionals.
The customer service needs a lot of training and the attitude is 0. Went in for a question and the answer so cleare racist. First and last time
