I had never heard of Bowen therapy before and a friend suggested this to me for a few aches / pains I was having. After my first session I felt 100% better, particularly with tightness through my shoulders (from injury). I haven’t needed hundreds of sessions either, I usually have a bit of space between and still have great results. I cannot recommend Natalie and her services enough, she is so professional, personable, absolutely incredible experience.
