The rudeness of the employee I encountered today. There are plenty of hardware stores in town that I certainly do not think I need to spend another dime in your store. I wear hearing aids for heart ng loss. I asked the young lady a question. As she was answering it she turned away from me so I said...pardon me and wow...did that bother her. She had to repeat herself. Very rude. Haunty and cold. I'll go to Lowe's.
Great customer service! I rented a generator because my power was out. Pretty much as soon as I arrived home and was about to start the generator, the power came back on. Kyle let me bring it right back and gave me a refund. I'm so grateful for their customer service and will definitely shop there again!
Purchased a Generac generator from Matt last year. Never had the need for it till today, a nice sunny day, no storms.....but the power is out and our generator is preforming flawlessly. So glad we have it
