I bought a house with Mr. Noonan as my lawyer a few years ago, and after buying another house using a different lawyer (unfortunately my timing didn't work out to be able to work with Noonan Piercey again) I know for sure they are the best around. While they are not the cheapest option, the service, professionalism, and transparency are well worth the price tag. Everyone in the office kept me informed at every step, they answered all my questions, a truly wonderful experience.
Taylor Starett is an amazing lawyer. Love seeing woman in a powerful profession dominating many male prosecutors etc. She is beyond beautiful, but do not let that fool you, when she goes in that court room she's a powerhouse who literally can defend her client in a low spoken voice, but with words that deliver a punch ! She knows what she is doing. Very sweet and professional as well.
Jon Noonan is a great guy and helped us get our wills and POAs in order. Affordable and explains things thoroughly.
