How come you have a scam phone number ? Why can you not contact anyone in customer service to get information before signing up ? Right there is the reason I would never consider jumping on board to believe I can change my whole life of dieting and getting a guarentee of something no one has been able to do in forever with such a quick fix. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO contact numbers, app is difficult to use and basically impossible to cancel your subscription.
DO NOT SIGN UP!! This is a total scam. Not only do they charge you for an entire 6 months at once, instead of monthly, there is no option to cancel and get a refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Thank goodness they were able to resolve it. But even aside from the pricing scam, the service is also a fraud. It is not personalized at all. It does not really offer anything in the way of support. Sign up for Weight Watchers - much better program and not a scam.
Zero stars would be more appropriate. I cancelled within the 10-day window and was charged anyway. Outright theft, and I see I'm not the only one.
Total scam. Cancelled within the 30 day period and still have been charged 2x. Will not allow cancellation. DO NOT USE.
This company is extremely unethical. I never used their services and yet I continue to be charged despite several attempts to cancel.

I would give a 0.5 start, but it's not possible. Pros. The idea is good. Cons: Everything The support is nonexistent. Their chat robot seems responsive but does not provide answers. Only actions. I asked for a refund and have never been answered. They charge for 6 month in advance, and if you cancel, you do use the 6 months you've paid, nor give you your money back. DO NOT SIGN UP.
Cancellation requested IGNORED. Do not sign up for this company, as like all the other reviews they tell you to reach out to your "coach" AKA a robot. And those cancellation requests are ignored and you have no way to remove your payment information or prove that you cancelled because their messages are not time-stamped on their app. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Same as everyone else. I had the trial and cancelled within the time frame and was still charged $129.00. There's no customer support number and no one emails back. Hopefully I can get my money back via my bank.
