Jeanette is an compassionate and knowledgeable lactation counselor who provided me with personalized breastfeeding support both prior and after the birth of my baby. I first met with Jeanette a few weeks before my baby was born, and she was incredibly thorough in preparing me for what to expect to effectively breastfeed my baby! Jeanette was our doula for the birth of our first baby. She was absolutely wonderful from the get-go. We met with her twice before the birth of our son, attended a breastfeeding and birthing basics class, and also went to weekly prenatal yoga sessions with her. She has such a calming energy and really empowers you to advocate for the birth that you desire. Jeanette’s lactation class was informative and helpful. She provided a folder of useful information along with visual aides, and also went over any questions my husband and I had. I feel more confident to start my breastfeeding journey with my second baby. I would recommend her class to any new mom to be or anyone that has struggled with breastfeeding.
