We had a great experience with Nona. She filed correctly. She's a local business with a small town woman helping people out.
This woman could not be more unprofessional. From waiting 45 minutes past our appointment time to eating her dinner in front of us, getting pizza on our tax return, then incorrectly doing the tax return ,then throwing a fit when we took our taxes to HR Block for second look and then throwing our return back at us when we asked her to fix her mistakes. Never will I return and I will tell everyone I know never to go to this horribly unprofessional woman.
