I had an even worse experience than other reviewers. I paid $1,000 for a service that was never provided. Despite repeated follow-ups, I received nothing in return. I filed a complaint with the Florida State authorities, and only after that did I get an email asking for my Zelle information. However, I have still not been refunded. At this point, I will be filing a second complaint. This has been a frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable situation, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.
