Very unprofessional. I ended up with an IRS penalty due to their mistake, and I had to correct multiple errors in the tax return they prepared. As soon as I received the IRS penalty notice, communication with them became a problem - suddenly no responses and no accountability. After reading other reviews, it's clear this is a pattern. Do not use this place! They take your money and run, my wife and I were taken advantage of by this company. We paid them up front, they never called us so my wife had to call them. Finally they said we could have a meeting, and that was not professional at all. They totally weren’t prepared because they didn’t even have my income on the filing?
