My husband was stranded in a remote area south of Henderson when his Harley wouldn't start. He called Alex Professional Towing. The woman was hard to understand and seemed confused about our location, even though we texted a map to her. She said it would be an hour and never called with updates. Called Non Stop Towing in a panic, as our work van died on the Green Valley exit from the 215. They sent Leo, who arrived within 30 minutes. He was courteous and understanding of the the situation and got our van to the nearest O’Reillys. He was fair with the pricing and helped get us off a very busy off-ramp. I will hopefully not need them again, but will definitely use them again if I need to. Thank you Non Stop Towing and Leo for the fast and fair service!!
Scam company, please avoid! I am reporting them to NTA , IRS and nevada department of taxation! I recently used Nonstop Towing for a towing service in Las Vegas, and my experience was concerning. They charge 20% tax! and I was not provided with a clear explanation of how the tax was calculated. Additionally, there was no clear upfront breakdown of charges before my card was processed. They will charged a lot Extra fees on top of the money they quoted you.
They towed my car that was in front of my property and asked for 950$ from me to get it back. When I got there the worker saw I was a woman and was trying to get «service» from me in exchange for my car. Told me I had a «Nice pair». I ended up calling my husband but we still had to pay 950$ to get our car back. this is a scam!
