Vary good service the drives are very good and friendly we had them take us to Iowa city hospital and back. We will use them again

Only company I feel secure and safe to take me to my destination as a wheelchair passenger with MS. I am secured and fastened in multiple ways and am promptly picked up after my appointments. I do not trust any other company due to horrible, illegal driving habits or failure to secure a wheelchair inside a van and I would cancel my appointments if I had to ride with someone else.

Hi my name is Mona and I have MS. I have a hard time getting into vehicles that are not low to the ground. My problem is my legs. I rode with many other agencies that transport people, but NON EMERGENCY TRANSPORT is the best! They are safe, they listen, they understand. They're friendly and always on time. I'm never late to my appointments and after the appointment they don't have me waiting forever. They have vans with RAMPS. I can just walk in. No worries.
