This company is horrible, they constantly lie to the customers and they make getting a ride a living hell. Nothing about this company is good. I had 2 separate rides with this company and it seems that if they don’t like you or you bug them too much they simply ignore you and when you contact the ride share through the insurance, they then say that you were a no show and they continue on with their day. NEVER BOOK THIS COMPANY EVER!
All the reviews say they are the worst, and it is true. My mother-in-law had them via her Medicare Advantage Plan, called MTM Transportation that they are contract drivers through for a doctor's appointment today. She is in a wheelchair and has a very hard time transferring. They were to pick her up around 8am for her 9am doctor's appointment. worst service ever! They never answer the phone and never showed up.
Only because I can't give less stars, they never showed after 1 1/2 hours
Very unprofessional, do not use I schedule es confirmed days later and them never showed up even said I never called them
