A4Apple is among the best. They provide drivers that care about their customers. Both drivers and dispatch go above and beyond what is expected. A4Apple always puts the customers' needs above all else. Their drivers are professional, courteous, and on time every day.

I am a dialysis patient that A4A has cconsistently git me late for my chair time(app.). The driver they assigned me reguse to pick me up at my scheduled time. Be even adked me to change my pick up tome to the time he said he was able to pick me up so it wouldn't show him being late. Since I didn't do that, he cancels the rides and I end up beong late to my appt. anyway. This is the worst transportation company I ever dealt with.

I've never had to use this company for the service they provide, but have had the pleasure of requesting them. They are prompt, friendly, and always come prepared with a smile. The dispatch team members always make you feel valued and the drivers are always very kind. There are many great NEMT companies and Shannon is with the top
