I just watched the piece they did on The Fifth Estate about this Nomina Health. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing and hearing about this place. Sounds like nothing but a scam!! As someone who has first hand experience with treatment centers I would say stay away from Nomina. All they want is people’s money and they are taking advantage of people who are in an incredibly vulnerable state. I don’t know how this place is still operating! Came in at 20 years old. Within the first 24 hours i knew this place would be super unhelpful, especially for the price i was paying. They put me on the mens floor as a female, was told from another client that someone was raped in there room. I asked them to call my mom as i did not want to pay for this and wanted to go home but they refused to let me or call on behalf of me.
