I had a horrible experience using Nomad. I needed to rent out my unit for 2 years and thought Nomad would be a low cost option. My unit was brand new and in a well-maintained complex. I thought using Nomad would make my life easier, but it is a horrible service. Started great - but awful after they sign you. For homeowners using Nomad we have had a terrible experience. They presented a deal for guaranteed rent (which is why we signed with them) - however we stopped receiving payments for 3 months now. Trying to work with the company to get this resolved is impossible - crazy part of this is the company raised $20 million dollars to expand to other markets and the can't even manage their business for tenants and owners in Colorado (look at the reviews for their original Colorado loca... read more
My first impression was great but that did not last too long. Shortly after moving in, I was forced to believe this is an Immature organization being run by a group of inexperienced personnel. Their process works well for the onboarding part and the experience deteriorates once you are a customer, and a major break down while getting out. My husband and I completed an application on 10/18 to move 11/1. We have called several times and no one has called us back. Also our application status says completed ,but wait on property management review We were unaware it took 3 weeks to even review an application. This is truly unprofessional.
