We had a very bad experience with this company. Impossible to reach out and speak to someone in case you have any issues. Once they got their first month deposit they don't care anymore. Terrible communication services and very disorganized. I would recommend to find a local agent.

I had a horrible experience using Nomad. I needed to rent out my unit for 2 years and thought Nomad would be a low cost option. My unit was brand new and in a well-maintained complex. I thought using Nomad would make my life easier, but it is a horrible service.
