Update: we won a $5K settlement from them. But a year plus later they have still not paid us. Original post: Started great - but awful after they sign you. For homeowners using Nomad we have had a terrible experience. They presented a deal for guaranteed rent (which is why we signed with them) - however we stopped receiving payments for 3 months now. Landlords, do NOT use this company. Awful. When I tried removing a picture of my listing, when I was setting up the listings, it does not let you remove the picture. I've never seen such an awful website in my life. ZERO stars. Do not use these people. Also, you can NOT contact them at all. You can only go to their "Help" page, which, not surprisingly, is not helpful at all! You've been warned.
This company didn't lease me a home because my wife is Hispanic and I am a 100% disabled veteran. That's discrimination
We had a very bad experience with this company. Impossible to reach out and speak to someone in case you have any issues. Once they got their first month deposit they don't care anymore. Terrible communication services and very disorganized. I would recommend to find a local agent.
Thw worst company. Stay away from them. Insuggest to find a local agent who will help you to find tenants.
