Landlords, do NOT use this company. Awful. When I tried removing a picture of my listing, when I was setting up the listings, it does not let you remove the picture. I've never seen such an awful website in my life. ZERO stars. Do not use these people. Also, you can NOT contact them at all. You can only go to their "Help" page, which, not surprisingly, is not helpful at all! You've been warned.

I had a horrible experience using Nomad. I needed to rent out my unit for 2 years and thought Nomad would be a low cost option. My unit was brand new and in a well-maintained complex. I thought using Nomad would make my life easier, but it is a horrible service. My experience with Nomad so far has been a positive one. I submitted my information on Nomad’s website and Sam promptly reached out to me. He was knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process. He is also easy going. Not pushy at all. Once we agreed to proceed with Nomad we were paired with Zach.
