NOMAD is a little neighborhood store with a big world beat! Since the 1990 our globetrotting passion for world cultures and craft traditions has been our driving force and inspiration. A delightful mix of fairly-traded clothing, handpicked folk art, accessories, and home decor – everything from wondrous to wacky! Personal service and respect for both customers and vendors is very important to us. Many of our patrons enjoy our presence in the community and often comment that NOMAD is a feast for the eyes and soul.

We love Nomad! – I've been a fan of Nomad for many years, especially when it was on Newbury St. where I was a regular back in the 90's. Now my family has grown and I've moved to Cambridge, delighted to find that my favorite store is still an exciting retail venue. My daughter and I recently made a trip there and were delighted with our purchases. Cool stuff !!! A store that has something for everyone !! I took my friend's son here and got him a spiderman wrestling mask and he loved it ! Lots of eclectic gifts from all over the world - you can spend an hour easily looking at the Mexican Day of the Dead scenes, toys and jewelry. A good bet for well priced sterling jewelry - I got great earrings there too ! Highly recommend !
beautiful and unique objects, clothing and jewelry – Nomad has an amazing selection of all sorts of merchandise, from inexpensive Mexican tin ornaments to lovely (and expensive!) African handcarved stools and beautiful handmade jewelry. They have gorgeous clothes and even carry Cydwoq shoes (hard to find in Boston...). awesome stuff This store has stuff from all over. I got a Mexican wrestling mask. Its the coolest thing I've bought in a long time. There were some nice girly things for girlfriends too. The mask is hilarious though.
Wonderful store Nomad is a small store that carries clothing, mirrors, accesories, and many more exciting gifts and nick nacks. Many of the items are imported from Mexico made by Mexican artists. However, there is also a nice selection of clothing and crafts made by local artists. The store is filled with colorfully unique and one of a kind items.
international flair Nomad specializes in selling clothes, jewelry and accessories from all over the world with tons of offerings from Mexico, India, and Africa. They also carry hip but expensive clothing lines like Free People and international textiles and furniture. This is one of the most colorful stores in the area.
