They didn't even have the common courtesy to call me and texted me instead. Then, because they didn't want to accommodate me with severe allergies to cigarette smoke and perfume because I have a tracheostomy & COPD, they wouldn't give me a ride to my doctor appointment.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this transportation company. The smell inside the vehicles was unbearable, and the state of the vans and cars was shockingly unkempt. Moreover, the customer service left much to be desired, with unprofessional and unsafe practices. The vehicles seemed outdated and the staff uncooperative. Overall, it was the worst transportation company I've encountered in my life.

Punctuality is not there strong suit. This company told me they'd pick my daughter up at a certain and came a whole hour early then cancelled the ride. The next day two of their vans break down they didn't bother calling to notify me so I could plan to make alternative arrangements.
