I have never used this company, nor would I. Seeing how poorly/wrecklessly the operator of the van handles the road rules. I would not trust them to transport any person in need.
Van was nasty from previous rides and driver GPS died from watching movies on phone. Driver switched lanes not using blinkers and had a very nasty attitude.
This is absolutely the worst medical transport. If I could give it a -5 stars, I would. My wife needed to be transported from the UMC in New Orleans to a rehabilitation facility. The driver showed up and looked like he had been on a two day bender. He could not focus at all. The transport van smelled like an old trashcan. There was not a lock in for the wheelchair, just a tie down strap from a seat. The gas fumes were so bad, my wife was almost overcome by it.
