This is a scam. I booked like an idiot. The door code did not work. Phone goes straight to voicemail. I’m contacting my bank.

I showed up to my appointment and no one was there. The other yoga people helped me in the room to find it disgusting and dirty. I tried to email and call the owner several times to get a refund and never heard back. I highly recommend to stay away from this place. This place is gross and the owner has no integrity.

Is this a business? Emailed and phoned for 2 days with no response. Folded and set up an appointment online, got an email with a door code, no one is there to help you or explain what to do, there’s a pamphlet with mild instructions, says “turn off lights when you get in tank” what lights? Looked like there was a sound system but it wasn’t on, water was cold and musty, but I still got in like an idiot. Afraid of getting a uti now.. why did I get in the water? Should have asked for a refund and went to a legit float business.... read more

When I showed up the first time we were informed that we needed a code that we should have gotten in an email (that we never recieved) after confirming the appointment on the phone several times. The second time we showed up we had a code and were able to enter the room. However, the water was 58 degrees...

It is okay. The problem is the water is cold. I was able to use it for 20 minutes because I couldn't get use to the cold. Wonderful experience for the floating, but it would be nice to have a tank that can adjust the temperature.
