Couldn’t get in touch with anybody during published business hours on their website. Went by the office couldn’t get in through the door or elevator even though it said open.
Great car rental, VIP service
Nogal was so helpful to us. We broke down in the middle of the night and were able to rent a car at 11 pm instead of having to get a hotel when we were an hour away from home. He was so helpful and flexible to help us. I would come back here in a heartbeat.
